PlatformLocator
===============
The :class:`~.PlatformLocator` classes reprsent any object or location that can hold an instrument, e.g. satellites,
planes, balloons and ground stations. The primary purpose of this set of classes is to  provide the geographic *location* of
a platform as a function time.

The Satellite classes are examples of :ref:`platformlocator` and provide the position and velocity of the satellite as
a function of time.
